Engineering leadership program

Do you want to be a leader? Do you want to make a difference in the world? If you answered yes to either of these questions then the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) at CU Boulder is the right program for you. Students in ELP take classes, attend seminars, and interact with other passionate engineering students to develop key skills to be successful as a leader. Through ELP, students have the opportunity to explore the various facets of leadership and learn to fine-tune their skills to become successful leaders in their future careers.

"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way"
                                                  - John C. MAXWELL

Why ELP?
How can you get involved?

To become a part of ELP and start your leadership journey you can contact either Angela Theiman Dino or JoAnn Zelasko. For more information about ELP and to sign up head to

ELP is a program tailored for students to discover their hidden talents and transform them into effective leaders. Students have the opportunity to take courses outside of the engineering spectrum to further broaden their skills and gain new perspectives. Students also learn more about themselves as leaders as they progress through the program.
